Comfortable stay.

Room spacious and clean although it looks bigger in the pictures. 1st stop using the airport bus from Incheon Terminal 1. Only 5 mins drive away.

Not a five star experience

Spacious room, super comfy bed, convenient free parking, attentive staff

For a five star hotel, I was extremely disappointed to find urine stains on the toilet seat (see photo). Either this was intentional or there's lousy housekeeping. Not very well designed interior: 2 doors to get through the shower, odd to have a carpeted sink area, there's no shower area, only bathtub, no anti slip matt on the bath tub which I find dangerous esp with kids. No toothbrush provided.

I will be back to this hotel again on my next trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and bell desk.

The carpark management needs to be take note of the guests’ vehicles. The staff refused to lift up the barricade on my last day of the stay. He wanted me to go back to the front desk about it.

Excellence Service

The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

Modern and clean hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The room was very clean and modern.

Even though the bar area is nice, we thought the price for food/drinks at the bar was ridiculously over priced. Better to walk 5 minutes to any bar.

Excellent location, excellent, friendly staff and great room.

The hotel is minutes away from the airport but there is no airport noise at all! The hotel is located on a main street where you can find anything you might need including clothes, souvenirs and food places. Very convenient.

I can't say it is a "didn't" like, per se, but... One of us travels with a wheelchair. We always request accessible rooms. The idea of accessible changes dramatically from place to place. In this hotel, the room was LARGE so a wheelchair can easily navigate the space. The bathroom was also large and well thought out. They had plenty of grab bars and shower stools and a shower stall with no ledge. It was great! However... the tilers didn't understand to slope the tile toward the drain so the water stayed in the shower area. Each time we showered, there was a lake in the bathroom. The tile was antislip so it really isn't dangerous but it is annoying. Otherwise they get the gold star for understaning accessible!

It's good. If I go to Jeju again, I will choose the hotel next time.

Service feeling good and some service people can speak Chinese that make some convenient for Chinese people. Besides, the location of the hotel is near the downtown of the city and Lotus duty free shop, so it convenient for people to shop.

Maybe the facilities. Some facilities are used not well and needed to maintain.

Nice clean hotel with comfy bed and pillow. Large gym. Convenient location. Near airport. Bus no. 600 direct from airport to in front of hotel (one bus stop only), with luggage compartment below. Eateries nearby.

Aircon is not working, so inside the room is very hot. Staff brought us a fan, we thank you for that.

Big room. Excellent parking environment. Friendly staff. Near to airport.

One of the hotels with the best parking environment. They have 3 spaces so you can choose to enter from front, or from the back depending on where you are coming from. Just remember to register your car plate with staff when you check in. Area is quieter in the mornings but easy to find eating places if you walk around (most restaurants open slightly later). Staff can speak good English and friendly. Room is clean and well stocked to last throughout the stay. Due to new policy, toothbrush/toothpaste/razor are not provided and chargeable. GS25 is just nearby.
